Some people have great success with altius, but I was not one. Instead I used Memm and I learned far more content in a fraction of the time. After trying to keep up with this for four months I was hopelessly behind and decided to drop it. Yes, you may have a personal tutor or study hall times where you can ask for more in depth explanations about topics, but 80% of the time it is entirely self-taught and their book just gives bullet point lists of what you need to cover on your own in your free time. They mean well, but the weekly requirements are far too much to handle if you have anything else going on in your life. The CARS section is either too easy or something that AMMC would not ask. Most people have to retake the MCAT and often study on their own and do better. Most of the people I met through the program did not get the amazing score that Altius claims you will get. The tutors are often rude and tell you to review content on your own. They have no material for you to study, you have to do your own research and just take tests. I did the whole Altius program and it was one of the biggest wastes of money. They are by far the worst of about 4-5 MCAT prep companies that I've purchased resources from. They cut corners on their technology and put no effort into providing customer service. I would avoid doing business with this company. At that point I replied but gave up hope of ever being able to access the practice tests. I replied explaining this and it took 5 days to get an almost identical response, nearly word for word, that obviously did not address the issue. I e-mailed customer support and they took 19 days to respond and their response did not help with the issue. When I returned to do another practice test a couple months later I wasn't able to log into my account. The quality was ok, probably a little worse than the top tier companies but it still felt like helpful practice. I paid for a bundle of practice tests and completed the first one without any problems. Website has issues, does not allow me to use practice tests
